Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected.

Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £50.

Estimated delivery time for standard UK orders is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. Where this applies, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be dispatched together.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at insideoutgrooming@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
